DELICIOUS NEW RANGE OF QUICK WINTER PUDDINGS FROM WOOLWORTHS

It’s quick. It’s convenient. It’s hot and delicious.

Woolworths today broke new ground in convenience with the launch of a brand new addition to its gourmet range of quick winter puddings - the single serve dessert pudding TOP POT for people on the go.

Made from traditional and mouth-watering recipes, the TOP POT puddings are microwaveable and come with custard clipped onto the pot. Just separate the top from the bottom, pop the bottom into the microwave oven for a minute, warm the custard for thirty seconds, pour the custard over the pudding, then sit back and enjoy.

It’s just right for a snack at any time of day or as a hot treat for children’s aftercare (except the Brandy Tipsy pudding, of course!). It’s also quick ‘n easy to prepare after a cosy dinner for two. All puddings come with custard and are made from tasty traditional recipes - Chocolate, Malva and Brandy Tipsy.

For that special touch, dust the plate with icing sugar or cocoa and decorate with fresh fruit and mint leaves. If served with wine, a light port or sweet wine works wonders.

All TOP POTs come at the excellent price of R7,99 - less than the cost of buying the ingredients and making the pudding at home. Claire Braithwaite says the TOP POT dessert puddings will appeal to the whole family. “They are delicious home-made puddings of the highest quality, and ideal for the person who simply doesn’t have the time to stay at home and cook,” she said.

TOP POTS are available in dessert fridges at selected Woolworths stores.
