 COUNCIL UNDERTAKING ON TAFELSIG WATER ARREARS ISSUE 

The City of Cape Town undertakes to reconnect water supplies as soon as possible to all Tafelsig users who make suitable arrangements for the payment of outstanding arrears on their water account. 

In the interim, we will continue to supply free basic water to all consumers via a number of public water taps in the area. 

Arrangements to pay arrears on water accounts can be made by calling 400-4910 on weekdays during office hours.
