KIDS TO GET A CHANCE TO HUG AN ALPACA

One or the most unusual, exotic and kid-friendly creatures on this planet will be making an appearance at Canal Walk this weekend.

It’s the alpaca, native to South America and now living with its family and a whole lot of other interesting animals, fish and wild fowl at AnimalZone in Klapmuts.

But kids - young and old - who want to get close to and experience the amiable and affectionate nature of the alpaca, need to be at the MTN Sciencentre, Canal Walk, between 12h00 and 14h00 on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 November.
